Frank Shamrock Answers Fans Questions on Video

Frank Shamrock went to San Almaden Park to answer questions submitted by fans while trying to keep his young daughter from jumping into the lake. There’s more than 20 minutes of real talk here for fans of Shamrock, public parks, and Shamrock hanging out in public parks. It’s a lot to sift through but it’s a hell of a lot better than slapping FAQs on your site.
In the second video Frank answers hardball questions like, “Will we ever see Frank versus Fedor,” to which Shamrock replies, “God I hope not.”
Video number three brings us Frank’s musings as he wanders through the jungle gyms.

i like these candid videos. good to see them out of the “PR prepped” answers in a Q&A. and i have that shirt so double kudos lol.
This was a good Interview. One of the better ones I have listened to lately.
Frank…. Knee LIGAMENTS….LIGAMENTS….not tendons. I don’t know how many damn times you said TENDONS.
