Ultimate Fighting Championship title contender Jon Fitch has been on a roller coaster of late with scheduled bouts with Ricardo Almeida and Thiago Alves being canceled when both Brazilian fighters suffered knee injuries. Fitch is working his way back to a title bout against Georges St-Pierre, the man who handed him his first and only loss in the Octagon.
